3-6 rounds of 1 minute Pulse Lunges Deadlifts Stepout Side squats/ or Side Squat wilth pushpress Single leg elevated hip thurster elevated hip thursters Here is a full circuit you can run through at home for legs and glutes at home! Use a challenging weight! Women use between 15 to 40 pound dumbbells (don't be afraid to use more) guys use 25-60! Don't be afraid to switch up weight heavier for the deadlifts.
